From my first B&W photo, I was immediately was drawn into a new relationship with images. I was awestruck by the incredible beauty and simplicity of light as it played against form and suddenly I was able to peer into a world stiped back revealing itself in honest terms. I aim to capture that stark, direct revelation - especially when photographing people but nature too.
